By submitting an innovation through the PIPE platform, you confirm that you are authorised to disclose the submitted information on behalf of the relevant institution and researchers; that the submission does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights; and that you understand PIPE's innovation assessment process and IP-safe disclosure framework. You retain ownership of all intellectual property in submitted innovations. PIPE does not acquire any IP rights through the submission process.

4. Confidentiality

PIPE treats all innovation submissions as strictly confidential. We will not disclose any submitted content to third parties without your explicit written consent, except as required by law. By submitting an innovation, you also agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information shared with you by PIPE or other ecosystem participants in the course of assessment or collaboration.
